Job Description
The Whitaker Company is looking for a Technical Account Manager representative for the Southeast with a proven track record of success in technical sales within the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) and Composites markets. This position involves building customer partnerships and growing existing Whitaker business by understanding customer needs and the strengths and capabilities of The Whitaker Company. This position will develop and manage a sales territory and create a business plan based on our company’s strategic goals as well as uncover and close new business opportunities.
This position requires someone who is self-motivated, passionate, and driven who enjoys fast paced work with the ability to quickly respond to customers.

Salary – Based on experience. Base salary with monthly, performance-based incentive compensation
Education – College degree and 5+ years sales experience preferred in the chemical industry, or equivalent experience.
