We are pleased to announce Louanda’s promotion to Customer Support Lead, a well-earned next step in a career that began at Whitaker in 2017 as a Customer Service Representitive. Over the years, Louanda has built strong relationships with customers and coworkers, earning trust through her dedication, consistency, and commitment to providing excellent service. She is especially proud of the positive impact she has made for Whitaker and its customers, as well as the relationships and results she has developed throughout her time with the company.

As Louanda steps into her new role, she is excited to take on new responsibilities, continue growing, share her experience, and contribute to Whitaker in an even greater way. She credits much of her growth to the people who believed in her, encouraged her, and challenged her along the way, including management, David, Rodney, the sales team, and coworkers in Atlanta, Ocoee, and Spartanburg. Their guidance and support helped point her in the right direction and played an important role in helping her achieve this promotion.
