We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to qualify leads into prospects and turn prospects into buying customers, with the goal of generating 3 new accounts each month. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for diligently managing their sales pipeline by maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM and utilizing Whitaker’s established communication strategy. Additionally, the role includes the crucial responsibility of maintaining and growing assigned existing accounts.
This position reports directly to the Ocoee Sales Manager.

Based on experience, 40 hours per week, Shifts: M-F, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Monthly commission along with performance based quarterly incentive
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or higher in a relevant field.
